We specify a deliberately short list of platforms. Each one has to be serviceable years later, supported locally, and able to be integrated properly rather than bolted on.

Control4 is the platform almost every HTI home runs on. Around it sit networking, audio, security and video brands we have installed and serviced long enough to trust.

If you have inherited a different system, that is ordinary work for us, we assess it, document it, and either support it or plan a staged upgrade.

The foundation everything depends on.

Control4 handles the experience. Araknis and Ubiquiti carry the traffic underneath it.

  • Control4, controllers, T5 touchscreens, Lux keypads, Halo remotes and the app.
  • Araknis, managed switches, routers and access points built for integrated homes.
  • Ubiquiti, enterprise-grade wired and wireless infrastructure for larger sites.
  • Structured cabling and rack build to a documented standard.

Audio, video & security

Specified per room, not per catalogue.

Speakers, distribution and cameras are chosen for the room and the finish, then calibrated on site.

  • Triad, architectural in-ceiling, in-wall and invisible speakers.
  • Sonos, for homes that want streaming zones alongside integrated audio.
  • Blustream, HDMI and 4K video distribution over structured cabling.
  • Hikvision and Luma, surveillance recorded locally and viewed in Control4.
