Questions
What trades ask first.
Who is this for?
Electricians, builders and AV or security installers who have a rack to fit out on a job and would rather it turned up finished. You keep the client and the install; we do the rack.
Do I have to use the Rack Builder?
No. It is the quickest way to give us the exact layout, but you can also email an equipment schedule or a drawing and we will lay the rack out for you.
Can you supply the gear?
Yes. We source the equipment through our distributors and quote it with the build, or we can rack gear you supply. Either way the price is fixed before we start.
What arrives on site?
A rack with every unit fitted, 1U spacing where the gear needs air, short patch leads dressed and labelled, power distribution wired, and a printed drawing and port schedule. Stand it up, connect the incoming cabling and power, and it is ready.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Australia. Floor racks travel on a pallet; wall cabinets are boxed. In Sydney we can deliver and stand it up, and install and commission on site if you want us to.
Can you program it?
We can pre-configure the network gear and set up Control4 and other control systems before it ships, so on site it is a matter of connecting and checking. Tell us in the request and we will include it in the price.
