Control4 T5 touchscreen wall-mounted in a Sydney bedroom

Control4 Touchscreens

The house at a glance, where a screen earns its place.

A Control4 T5 touchscreen gives the whole home in one view, lighting, climate, music, blinds, cameras and intercom, flush to the wall or resting on a bench, dark until you need it.

The idea

Two or three screens, not one in every room.

Touchscreens belong where depth genuinely helps: the entry, the kitchen and the main bedroom. Everywhere else, a keypad is faster and quieter.

We size, position and finish each screen with your architect or interior designer so it reads as part of the joinery rather than a device on the wall.

In the room

A Control4 T5 installed by HTI.

Positioned where people already pause, beside the door, at the bench, next to the bed, and quiet the rest of the time.

Wall mount

Flush to the plaster.

Wall-mounted T5 screens are set into the wall during the build so the glass sits level with the finished surface.

  • 5" and 7" screens, portrait or landscape, in white or black.
  • Back boxes coordinated with the builder before sheeting.
  • Wake on approach, then straight to the actions used in that room.
  • Intercom and door station video answered from the screen.

Tabletop

For finished rooms and retrofits.

The tabletop version needs no wall work, so it suits renovations, apartments and benchtops.

  • Sits on a kitchen island, desk or bedside without cutting the wall.
  • Single discreet cable to a nearby power point or data outlet.
  • Moves with the household if the room changes use.

What it shows

Everything the home runs, arranged your way.

Favourites first: the four or five things this household actually does in this room.

  • Lighting scenes, blinds and climate for the room you are standing in.
  • Music and video for any zone, with the same names everywhere.
  • Cameras, doorbell and gate on one screen.
  • Rearranged with you after you have lived with it for a season.
